All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and site conditions at the time of inspection.
Prices may be subject to adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances, material cost increases, changes in project scope, or additional work requested by the client.
All construction projects require a written contract signed by both parties. The contract will detail the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other relevant project specifications.
Any changes to the original contract must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Change orders may affect the project timeline and cost.

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a warranty on workmanship as specified in the project contract. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
Materials used in construction projects are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information for all materials used in your project.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract, we will obtain necessary building permits for the project. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with local HOA requirements and any special permits that may be required.
EA Pro Contractors LLC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Our liability is limited to the contract value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of our services.
Clients may cancel a contract according to the terms specified in the signed agreement. Cancellation may result in charges for work completed, materials ordered, and administrative costs.
We reserve the right to terminate a contract if the client fails to meet their obligations, including but not limited to payment defaults or providing unsafe working conditions.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
